Estate Management The Practice is responsible for the management and maintenance of buildings for clients. It has been involved in major refurbishment schemes, including window replacements, roof recovering, external cladding and day-to-day maintenance and repair works. The Practice attends meetings with clients to plan future works on a planned basis within the constraints of a fixed budget.
