Conversion and Rehabilitation The conversion and rehabilitation of buildings mostly owned by Housing Associations and Local Authorities has become a significant part of the workload for the Practice and it's Partners for many years. The Practice offers a comprehensive service from Feasibility to Completion of schemes for both General Family and Special Needs. It has also been involved with refurbishment, re-improvement and replacement of various elements of the building fabric.
